We are proud to be the first ever MMA & self defense academy in Miami. At The Goat Shed, we teach an integrated, complete, and systematic approach to combat unlike any other gym. We combine technical skills from all combat disciplines including BJJ, Muay Thai, Submission Grappling, Wrestling, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Kickboxing and more!
Our Head Coach
Asim Zaidi is the former official National MMA Coach for Team USA. He is a 2x Kickboxing World Champion and a black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Tae Kwon Do. Asim has trained and competed among elite athletes. Today, he shares his extensive knowledge of mixed martial arts, driven to turn each of his students into champions - both physically and mentally.
